No. You do not need a firearms license to enjoy recreational shooting in Budapest. All sessions are conducted under the one-on-one supervision of our certified shooting instructors, making it safe and accessible for complete beginners and experts alike.

What do I need to bring with me?

To comply with Hungarian regulations, every participant must bring a valid photo ID (Passport, EU ID card, or Driver’s License). Without a physical ID, you will not be permitted to enter the shooting gallery.

Is there an age limit for shooting in Budapest?

The standard minimum age for our firearms packages is 18. However, minors (usually 14+) can participate with parental consent and supervision, typically using smaller caliber weapons. Please contact us in advance for youth bookings.

Can I shoot an AK-47 in Budapest?

Yes! The AK-47 shooting experience is one of our most popular requests. We offer various tactical weapon packages that include iconic firearms like the Kalashnikov, Glocks, and even historical Soviet-era weapons.

Can we drink alcohol before our shooting session?

Strictly no. For safety reasons, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drugs. If any member of your group appears intoxicated, they will be barred from the shooting range without a refund. We recommend saving the beers for after you’ve finished your target practice!

What should I wear to the shooting range?

We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid flip-flops or high heels, as hot shell casings can be uncomfortable on bare skin. We provide all necessary safety gear, including ear protection and safety glasses.
